Use keyboardtester and see which keys are unresponsive. Then try and remove the keycaps and see if there's any dirt or debris impeding the keyswitch/rubber dome from actuating/sending a signal to the laptop's motherboard.

and see if they help. Please be wary, those guides are meant to remove the keycap and clean what's underneath, not remove the switch/actuating mechanism entirely.

You might want to think about replacing the keyboard since the issue might not just be sticky keys or an issue with your driver, rather something on a hardware level.
