Keyboards Keep entering Shortcut mode

Hey guys, for some reason my keyboards keep entering shortcut mode, where pressing a key preforms a shortcut, making it impossible to type characters, I've tried 2 keyboards meaning that its the PC itself, the shortcut mode happens randomly and I don't know how to stop it, I just hit random keys or wait until i can type again, Anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it?

It just means shortcut mode is activated (probably happened by pressing certain set of keys without you noticing). You just need to turn it off. I'm sure you'll be abke to find a guy who ran into this problem on Google and will show you how to turn this off
