Keyboards not working

Recently I ended up spilling water on one of my keyboards. My keyboard stopped working so I dried it and tried again. It didn't work so I switched USB ports it still didn't work. Then I tried two of my spare keyboards they both wouldn't type letters but my space bar and arrow keys worked. when I went to setting the E key kept giving me euro symbols when I tried to type it. So i went into my keyboard settings and everything was normal. After that I factory reset my PC and all my keyboards still won't type so I can't use my PC at all. Is there anyway to fix this problem through bios or something.
Thank you for your time

Try booting into safe mode.

Does your computer have any built-in PS/2 ports?

You could try a older PS/2 keyboard and see if that will work.

If not, then the water spill may have created an electrical "spark" that damaged the motherboard in some manner.

Or maybe just the USB ports.
