KEYS DON'T WOrk!!

I bought my asus vivobook S500 about 3 months ago.
a week ago certain keys started creating problems. the problem keys even keep changing
few days ago it was the "O" key that wont work and wen i clicked "E" it goes "oeeeeeeeeeeeee" continuously now that has stopped and the "1" key doesnt work.
I thought it was a virus prob and got an antivirus.. dsnt seem to make any difference..

PLS HELP!!!

Take it back and get a replacement or refund

Did you spill anything on the laptop (liquids)?

Do you have pets (especially cats) who like to lounge on the laptop?
