Keys in different places? - Dell Laptop

Ok so, whenever i try do to a @ it comes up as ", like the keys are in different places but on the keyboard is all normal.. whenever i click shift 2 it becomes a " and whenever i click shift ' it becomes a @??? What should i do?? so confused i own a Dell laptop XPS 9Q23

You can try remapping those keys to see if that fixes it. If that doesn't work, you might need to replace the keyboard because of a stuck key. They aren't too expensive.
