Keys staying stuck down after being held to press

I hold down a key, and then let go after it being held for a few seconds, and it stays there for a few more seconds, it's getting incredibly annoying in gaming.

Example. wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww|wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww|
This section is being held down without me holding the key down.
The only thing that has changed in my house is we installed an AC, it got considerably cooler, hopefully that wouldn't damage my PC or Keyboard
My mouse remains unaffected.

The key is overused, try clean under the key(s) or buy the new keyboard.

sounds like a either a typical gunked up keyboard (in which case cleaning/blowing it out might help) or worn out switch (in which case its time for a new board).

normally its just goop.

same goes for me.I got another keyboard(brand new) and it is still happening (happened at least 3 times while typing this it is so annoying)
