Keys typing wrong letters.

Hello,
My friend's laptop is being weird. The "O" key is acting as the "Tab" key, the "L" key is typing "a", and the "." key is typing "q".
There are probably other keys that are messed up too but we haven't found any others.
She has an Asus X551M and recently upgraded to Windows 10.

Just a shot in the dark but go into Windows Control Panel and make sure the country setting is correct.

Yeah, all the language settings and stuff are set correctly.
Also, the "F9" key isn't working or the "9" key. If you look at a keyboard all those keys are in a line. "R-Ctrl" does work correctly though.
