That's the confusing part for the customer: Why would a tech website publish a good deal if it could be shady..

$. There's some plausible deniability there are as a lot of obtained keys are spare volume ones that break terms of use from the original purchaser. Some are inevitably of the darker kind; it's a common way to launder small amounts of money, like on stolen credit cards.
