You can't just take setting from other people with the same card as your card is different and what works for them won't necessarily work for you.

Overclocking gpus is really simple though:
1) in afterburner, put the power and temp limit to the maximum value
2)start increasing the the core clock (start from +100) and test the oc using a benchmark like unigine heaven or by playing games, if you crash or see any instability decrease the core clock if not increase it until you are no longer stable
3)do the same for memory clock(for memory you can start with +500)

That is it, if need help you can easily find guides online
