My friend has bought me the long awaited for sabertooth mark 1 and this RAM
HX324C11T3K2/16 but this RAM does not appear in their Qualified Vendors Lists in their User’s Manual.

Solution
The KHX24C11T3K2/16X SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333 timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V.

The HX324C11T3K2/16 SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1600 timing of 11-11-11 at 1.5V.

SPD (Serial Presence Detect) is a memory hardware feature that makes it possible for the computer to know what memory is present, and what timings to use to access the memory.

Memory wise, the Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 supports up to a total of 32GB DDR3 with frequency of 1333MHz to 1866MHz DDR - Of course, you can still overclock your RAM to a higher frequency.

Memory modules with memory frequency higher than 2133MHz and their corresponding timing or the loaded XMP profile is not the JEDEC memory standard. The stability and compatibility of the memory modules depend on the CPU’s capabilities and other installed devices.

The default memory operation frequency is dependent on its Serial Presence Detect (SPD), which is the standard way of accessing information from a memory module. Under the default state, some memory modules for overclocking may operate at a lower frequency than the vendor-marked value. To operate at the vendor-marked or at a higher frequency, refer to section Ai Tweaker menu for manual memory frequency adjustment.

Is HX324C11T3K2/16 compatible with Asus Sabertooth Mark1? Yes.
Is HX324C11T3K2/16 compatible with your CPU? I don't know, however I can tell you that the CPU contains the memory controller.
