You can add microSD card in there. No other storage upgrade possible.

All you can do is put in a microSD card in the slot for a D drive as additional space.
You can't change the internal 32GB that is on it. That is soldered directly to the motherboard.

I have a similar kind of laptop with a small eMMC drive like that.
With a 256GB microSD card in the slot as a D drive.
