Kicked me off from wifi network

A guy in my office blocking my devices from connecting to our wifi router. . please tell me how i can prevent this?
I know him but he is not agree to let me do my own job

If you require access to that, and he is blocking your device...talk to your boss.

We can't help you bypass whatever network restrictions are in place.

Are you trying to connect a personal device to your office router? Disallowing this is standard IT policy for almost every company I have worked at unless you have a specific guest network - which I assume access to will still be controlled.

As USAFRet says, if he is preventing you from connecting an authorised work device to your work office router, then this is an issue for your management. Not us.
