2 days ago, I bought a new motherboard which is MSI Z97 Gaming 5 ATX. I installed the new driver, which is killer network manager, and since then, I am no longer able to port forward. I've been doing some research on forums and they say that the killer network made them have some trouble and I have not been able to find any solution to resolve the problem.

i would like to know if there is a way to enable the port forward and what i can do to unblock the port forward the software block

P.S Before, I had another motherboard and I could port forward.

It likely is not a port forwarding issue since the router does that but killer has all kinds of strange issues. Best bet is to go to the killer site and they have a driver that does not include the killer features it is just a standard nic driver. People say that along with disabling the killer software will fix most the issues.

ok i installed the killer nework driver (without utility ) but i am stil unable to port forward .

I made a test, just to make sure it was just not my motherboard that was the problem , I did try to make a port forward on my portable with the wi-fi and a second test with the cable connected. it seem that all the port are unable to be open even on my portable. i am no longer able to see my port open ( i tryied a site wich check the port and they say they are closed on this portable. I really dont know what i should do now ....

You are really mixing up terminology which is leading to confusion and ambiguity in your question.

If you are running a server or a service from you computer wherein you need a port open for outbound connections, you can see if the port is open and/or listening by opening a command prompt and typing "netstat -an".

Additionally, if this service needs to get outside of your LAN you need to have port forwarding on you router / open ports on your firewall / whatever networking equipment you have so external clients can connect.

If this does not solve your problem, a better description of the problem is needed to diagnose properly.

oh ok sorry so what i am trying to do is open a port so people can come into my server i host (wich is ark survival) wich people are not in the lan (like example they are in another city so i can be clear)

hope that help ?

i already port forwaded like i say :it was working before i had a new motherboard now i changed the ip for the new motherboard for the port forward but still nobody can no longer connect to the server . My problem is something is blocking my port i dint install any firewall after my motherboard was installed just this application killer network wich i think might block and i installed like i say the driver without utility. Is there a program to know what is blocking/using my port ?

It is really hard to tell when this does not work. You never really can tell how far that the packets get.

You only have a few options.

The router is never sending the packet or the pc is receiving the data but dropping it. You have few options when you have consumer grade equipment that does not have some of the monitoring abilities commercial routers and switches do.

Although a little tough to learn at first is try wireshark. It should let you see all the data coming and going from the pc. You want to run as little as possible when you do this to not get lots of extra data to confuse you . You are looking for packets with the port numbers you are concerned with.
Generally wireshark will see all data even if it is blocked....that is not to say killer did something stupid and is why I never buy killer chipset boards anymore.

If you see the packets in the wireshark I would be looking for a firewall. If you do not see them then I would suspect the router forwarding is somehow wrong. Or the killer stuff is messing up. All you can do if you really think it is the killer software is keep trying different drivers.
