alrighty guys i have an amd r7 260x running at an annoying 1360x768 although i know i can have it set to 1920x1200 but when i do that it looks a bit work and it seems to get smaller, like the computer screen doesn't cover the whole tv it does this with every resolution except 1360x768
im running on a proscan 32 inch lcd tv and i know for a fact it supports 1080p but idk what this is happening, its almost the exact opposite of an overscan mines more of like an underscan

Haha I had this problem recently and it drove me CRAZY. There are 2 things you need to check or fix:

1) Check the aspect ratio on your TV. There will be a 16:9 and 4:3 etc, but if there is an option that says "Point to Point" then definitely switch it to this. This will size the screen based on the signal it receives for better clarity with the native reoslution.

2) The other thing you need to do is go into the AMD catalyst suite (download it if you dont have it) and look for a graphics option called UNDERSCAN (i tihnk it was called that), it will be a few % lower than 0, so move it up to 0 and the screen should touch the edges of your TV.

Good luck!

I did exactly the same thing 2 years ago when I got my first HDTV, they really shouldn't be allowed to market them as 1080p like they do. Just buy a new one and sell your old one to make some money back. Enjoy!

Yes this one will do the job, it states "Maximum Resolution 1080 x 1920" so yes, this one will be fine :)
