Hello Everyone,
I have a Kindle 7, I had never had problems with it, everything worked just fine.
Until one night when I plugged it in to get charged because I was going to use it the next day on a trip.
Turns out that the next day I'm traveling, decide to start reading and I find my kindle stuck on a screen that says "kindle" and the top, centered and under this legend, there's a shadow of a tree and the ground beneath it and a person reading on his kindle under the tree.
I thought it would pass but it's stuck in there, here's what I've tried:
-Came back to it's registered wi-fi network (my house)
-held the start button up to 40 secs
-plugged it in the charger for hours again
-plugged it into my laptop
-repeatedly hit the power button
None of this has allowed me to see a different screen but the tree one, any ideas?
