The problem is that the tablet doesnt turns on, its battery is full but it doesnt boot. the screen is always black and doesnt light up even when the power on button is pressed.

Try soft reset and then hard reset. https://www.technipages.com/soft-hard-reset-kindle-fire

You will need to relink to your amazon account and redownload your books, etc.

If it will not power on with factory reset it is dead. Electronics do fail. Fortunately a new 7" kindle is $40 to $50 depending on the sale price.
