Kindle (Generation 4) display issue

I didn't use my kindle for couples of months, and the battery was almost dead. but when I charge it back, it came back to life wihtout any issues.

but now I have realised that the display is pale. It does not have the same contrast as before and when i turn it on while scrolling through pages it ghosts the display as well (still shows some parts of the previous page)

is there anyway that I can fix this issue?

Maybe get in touch with Amazon customer service?

A reset often fixes problems,hold the power button in for 20 seconds.
