Kindly help in getting PCI Simple Communications Controller

MY PC Dell Inspiron, Windows 7 is not recognizing USB. When i checked the USB ports, PCI Simple Communications Controller appeared as Troubleshooting. I tried to fix it following by the options but not able to... Kindly help please...
