Kindly help me decide GAMING PC, i have to chose from Workstation Or Hp Original

Second one is HP Original 8300

Core i5 3G
Ram 16gb
HD 250 sata
Psu 320 " or more not sure " 320 is used for 8100 "
EGVA Gtx 660
Price 3700

Which one is better for gaming I know the t3500 way lower in processor but it's workstation!
also both of them are " used "

Buying new pc will cost
3900+2600 6800
Gtx core i5 8g ram 81 Gigabyte which i don't have this much money

Other things i see not sure if it's strong or not

" but this Is DDR 2 " and i need i for modern Online gaming Such as " world of warcraft " dota 2 " with at least very high graphics

Which option is the best for me knowing what i need it for " online gaming Multi open online gaming " multi browsing " media player and i don't want to lag or PC can't handle 2-3 games running + Browsing Movies streaming at the same time.

you get what you pay for
u wanna run 2 games at once while browsing movies and streaming

craigslist buy a used pc.
if u plan on keeping the pc for a few years.
i highly recommend u sit in a corner and think about how much time you will be using it.
save money and get 5th-6th generation intel platform.
no sense in spending money on old news. ur absolutely throwing money at sub standard electronics. in the end u will spend more tryin to keep up rather than saving it and getting something more recent.

my budjet right now is 350$ how much are u talking about in order to buy Gaming pc 2 games while streaming and Don't forget i live in egypt this is the only things i can see and buy and i understand i'm wasting money on used stuff but What's the best option to run with 1 now cuz i'm running with 0 PC atm and i ca't sta without 1 i have to pick one sadly and i mean we can work something out all this used i can pick anything from anywhere and change it so i can change the gtx 660 or ram or anything to new and just buy a board with xeon processor

well what 2 games did u want to run?
u can probably run 2 low demanding games
i came from a q9300 so technically either or woulda been an upgrade for me last spring.
but since u have just two options.. flip a coin?
sry i dont know much about those two..

Take the hp original and upgrade the psu of it.
