kingstin hard drive ssdv300 How to erase hard drive

I have widows 10 and have tried to download the secure erase tool on the kingston website that was written about by a university but it won't run and the file cannot be found when I click on it. I am selling my computer and need to securley erase all the data.

Can anyone please help?
