So I made the mistake of not reading better and ordered a 240gb KC380 and did not notice that it was a Micro Sata connections. I see these adapters all over and was thinking about getting one but will it cause a slow down of the drive or do you think it would be fine? This is going into a PC for gaming and a few other things.

this is the adapter:

Should be fine since its only converting the sata format to the msata format; which is like using a usb cable that has the micro usb connector at the other end - its just a connector change. There's no reprocessing the data so there should be no difference in speed.
