Good morning, I would like to ask if it would be a huge problem if I combined Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HyperX Fury Blue Series with Samsung 2GB DDR3 SDRAM DIMM PC3-10600 1333Mhz. Both of them are 1.5V.

it is not recommended to combined as the speed of both ram is different and the modules are made from different manufacture
