Question Kingston A2000 SSD firmware update ?

I currently have a Kingston A2000 512gb SSD and I am trying to update the firmware (currently its on firmware S5Z42105 and trying to update to S5Z42109) because I'm trying to install ubuntu but every time I try to install it, my laptop gives BSOD with the error (dpc watchdog violation). I'm trying to update the firmware through kingstons SSD manager but it constantly gives me an error occurred when I try to update the firmware. I tried to google for any other option for updating the firmware but I am out of luck. Any help regarding my situation would be great.

Kingston's firmware update site states that you should contact their support for alternative update methods.

Did you manage to download the firmware update package?

Do you mean firmware update package as in the SSD manager? If so, yes I did download it but it only shows the firmware of the previous revision, not the new revision
