[SOLVED] Kingston A400 for Daily Usage

Hey Guys,

First of all, I am sorry for my bad english. I want to buy Kingston A400 SSD for daily usage. I will buy for my Lenovo Ideapad 320-15IKB Laptop. I will upgrade to SSD because my laptop is running on a bad 5400 rpm HDD. Do you recommend it? Is it compatible with my device. Thanks for help.

There are faster SSD. It all depends on what your budget allows and local availability. I've got an A400 in one of my computers. It's decent enough and a big upgrade over using a hard drive.

If it is the best you can find within your budget. I'd buy it.

I know there are faster SSD's but in my country 1$ = 7 Turkish Liras. And taxes are too high. Kingston A400 is 200 turkish liras. And i am really really angry because of the 5400 rpm HDD's performace. Thanks for help. I will buy this SSD.

Crucial BX500, SanDisk SSD Plus, Toshiba SSD's are my other options. But in Internet a lot of people says crucial has a temperature problem, or SanDisk has some health problems etc. So i bought A400. Will it last 5 years?

Flip a coin. Its a cheap SSD for a reason but gets decent reviews. Most people get good ones. The people that come here have the defective ones so that all we ever see. LoL
