why windows 7 64-bit is rating this 5.9
before that I have installed win 7 32-bit which was rating it as 7.5
My system is
cori5 3470
intel dh61ww

That is nothing to be worried about it depends on may factors.

The windows rating system hoes on your lowest score so everything maybe 7.8/7.9 but if one thing is less say 5.9 it will rate your system as 5.9 i get 7.9 on my comp everything intel i7 3770k,gtx 670 x2 sli 16gb corsair vengeance ram 1600mhz BUT my sata III is only reading 5.9 probably because it's not a ssd

Sorry 1 other thing that's because of the disk transfer rate 5.9 so you could have a ssd but it would have to have a good disk transfer rate
