So i was using this 2666 module i bought earlier it was working on 3200 even tough its rated at 2666. Today i bought another module but only 3200 was available so i bought that. I figured since the first one worked at 3200 there shouldn't be any issues. Apparently i was wrong.

I tried turning on xmp, manually setting the ram voltage to 1.2v since the faster module is rated at 1.35v, reset the bios to default, plugging in the 3200 module first and setting it to 2666 before installing the one rated for 2666, nothing worked, pc just turns on without picture and eventually turns off no beeps or anything.

Does anyone have any idea if this is fixable? Thanks

CPU:i312100F
Motherboard: h610m s2h REV 1 (Bios version F1)
Ram:

DDR4 Kingston fury 3200 KF432C16BB/8 cl-16-18-18 1.35v xmp 99U573-015.B00G HF

DDR4 Kingston fury 2666 KF426C16B/8 cl-16-18-18 1.2v pnp 9906743-201.A00G HF

SSD/HDD:samsung evo 870
GPU:gtx 1060 3gb
PSU:Chieftec 350w
Chassis:
OS:windows 10

I have inspected the ram packages and as manufacturer one is listed as Kingston USA the other one Kingston EU, could this be the problem also the slower stick is not certified as XMP compatible they are both manufactured in 2022

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
While you're yet able to operate with your older stick(s) of ram, check and see what your current BIOS version for your motherboard is. As for your PSU, please add the age of the unit apart from it's make and model.

Got links to the rams you're working with? If not, please pass on images of the sticks with their stickered information in sight.
