Currently I running 5700X on B550 Aours Pro AX ITX wity my new 2X8Gb Kingston Fury (Hynix).
I've got almost all on Auto, only XMP is turned on for 3600MT/s rams with 1.35V (in bios on my mobo, when should set 1.35V automatically it's actually 1.38-1.40V, so I had to set manually to 1.31V to achieve 1.35-36V.. odd Aours behaviour.. should I leave on Auto and leave 1.35V rams running at 1.40V at full load ?

Should I manually lower this voltage or just keep at auto and do the mobo doing its job ?

1.4v shouldn't damage it but if you can lower it without loosing stability then why not.
