Bought this ssd about a month or so ago and hadn't thought to bench it till now. once i had benched it Ive coming up with some surprisingly low numbers.
Seq 350.44 120.87
4k 15.64 46.61
4k-64 Thrd 91.97 108.26
acc.time 0.186ms0.285ms

score 377

This drive is so posed to have a read and write of around 500 each way. it is in a sata 3 6gb/s port. mobo is asus p8p67 evo and its plugged into the marvel controller right now. the ssd itself use's sandforce controller 2281. Do these numbers look surprisingly low to any of you ?

Solution
The problem is the marvell controller (plenty of reports about the speed issue if google), use the intel 6GB ports and you will see it closer to what it is advertised as!

not surprising at all when you consider you're using a benchmark that uses incompressible data on a controller that utilizes compression to achieve top rated speeds. Hook the drive up to the Intel 6G port and use ATTO instead. It will be much higher.
