Hello I bought Kingston Hyperx SSD just before one month probably and I didn't have problems until now. My SSD start freezing which means that if one program freeze, whole system freeze and after I restart computer he starts showing Reboot or insert proper boot device what I can fix by turning pc off and wait or start boot menu and restart pc with ssd. Before I had Unexpected_Store_exception error overtimes but I reinstalled pc and its gone so that might have something to do with this. I tried SSD Kingston Toolbox and I did whole extended test and it found nothing. Firmware version is: 603ABBF0. Any help appreciated

I see. Hopefully it turns out to be something as simple as a faulty SATA cable. As for the firmware, I can't really be sure what might be the proper/newest version in this case. It's logical for the one that starts with 603 to be the newer one, but as I've mentioned, this is not for me to decide. I'd recommend that you get in touch with the SSD manufacturer's customer support and ask about that. You should mentioned the exact drive model and capacity, I guess.

Please keep me updated.
Hey there, Ajaxtomas.

You should try the drive with a different SATA port and different cables, to see if anything changes. A faulty connection could be the cause for similar issues. Other than that, you could try updating/resetting the BIOS/UEFI and see if that fixes things up. As for the firmware, I don't know if this is the latest version or not, but you could check out and update it if there are any available firmware updates.
And as always whenever there's a problem with a drive - don't forget to backup any important data which you might have on that SSD, just to be on the safe side.

Please let me know how everything goes.

Well yet I tried different Sata Port so I will see if there is any difference and if not I will try different cable and reset BIOS. And about firmware I would try to update it but I don't know if I have old or the newest firmware, http://www.kingston.com/us/support/technical/downloads?product=shfs37a&filename=SHF_580_Win its saying Firmware Update Rev. 580ABBF0 and I have 603ABBF0. Little frustrating.. Thanks anyway for reply!
