kingston hyperx 2

hello i bought the headset kingston hyperx 2,however when im using it with the sound card on pc there is a static sound like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz coming,but when i use it without usb sound card,pluging it in my phone there's no static sound,could it be broken or what? and will warranty replace it for me? thanks

2> Got to settings and check that "stereo" and "headset" mod is turned on
