Compatibility on kingston hyperX 2014 1866 with msi asus mobo socket 1150 since chipset can only support 1600 .

What mobo - you show both MSI and Asus - need the model of the mobo and the model of the DRAM there are also numerous Hyper X sets

returned the MSI mobo , h81m p33 since I'm looking for ATX for my gaming case ;however , I got Asus h81m - k since these are the only available mobo at our microcenter, gaming series are on order basis plus it costs more. @ Tradesman1

microcenter tech tried it and DRIMM says it's 1866 on the asus board so we are happy, will post later if it would run better. btw , my first DIY .

I3 4130 can only support 1333 1600 memory but it seems to be running fine on the bios ( 1866 ) tech tested it. I'm more into gaming and will try it later or next week.
