So here are the read and write speeds for my SSD, i've had the SSD since maybe 2014-2015

As I can see the write speeds are not up to par?

I have that exact same drive, since 2012, and yes, the write speed has dropped off significantly over time.
This, from about 18 months ago:

I fear there is not much to be done with it. It is what it is.

I recently re-installed windows and backed the ssd to an external drive, currently i have 25.9GB / 111GB and the motherboard is Asrock Z97 Pro3
