I bought the Kingston HyperX 3K from newegg around two weeks ago. The day I received it, I connected it to my computer but noticed that the sata cable would fit very loose. I installed windows without issues and it worked fine for about one and a half weeks. When I turned on my computer on june 19th windows wouldn't boot up. I opened my computer case and found that the sata cable was disconnected from the Kingston HyperX 3K and the plastic cover that surrounds the sata port on the Kingston HyperX 3K was gone. I just RMA it back to newegg to see if I can get a replacement. I know that newegg's return policy doesn't cover "normal use" if you brake it thats your problem, but the sata connector felt like it was a factory fault. Has anyone with this problem been able to get a replacement?
