Hi friends.I have recently bought a kingston hyperx ram(2X4GB RAM-1600MHz-1.65V-DDR3).But when i try to boot my computer with this ram,it shows "Your PC ran into a problem",then enters a bootloop.I have already used another kingston ram(DDR3-2X2GB-1.5V(more information about this ram on the image below CPU-Z)) with no problem.so plz help me out friends.

P.S: I have an update to my bios. But when i try to execute it,it shows that i have an incompatible system.

My specs:
GA H55M-D2H mobo,
Core i5-650,
Win 8.1 pro 64 bit.

Solution
Hi, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. The issue here is that our 4GB modules are now high density (made with 4Gbit DRAM) and the GA-H55M-D2H motherboard does not support high density memory. We are no longer able to manufacture low density 4GB memory modules and no longer support Intel 5-series and earlier motherboards. You may be able find the proper compatible part number KVR1333D3N9/4G (discontinued) from an online reseller that carries older memory. For any further assistance, please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist you.

Thank you for selecting Kingston as your upgrade partner.

Is there any other way i can make it work???like increasing the dram voltage in bios???

I'm quite late getting here, but I also have a h55m-d2h, forgot to check before buying and already got a HX316C10FB/4 but it obviously didn't work. Can't find the KVR1333D3N9/4G but found a KVR1333D3N9/8G and a Kingston KVR13N9S8/4 would any of those 2 work?
