Hi everyone.

So I bought a new Kingston 16GB KIT (2x8gb) DDR3 2133MHz CL11 HyperX Savage Series RAMs, but I can't get them to run at 2133MHz. They only run at 1600 mhz, which is theirs deffault setting. I tried XML profiles (only the one that lowers the CL to 9 for 1600MHz works), tried to set my CPU tu default settings, tried to turn off turbo mode, I also tried to set everything manually:
1.60 (or higher) Memory Voltage
1.200 VccSA
11 tCL
12 tRCD
12 tRP
30 tRASmin
171 tRFC
7 tRRD
16 tWR
8 tWTR
8 tRTP
48 tRC
32 tFAW
2T CR

But nothing works. I also tried to run them at 1866, but it also couldn't boot. It just restarts 3x and then throws me back to BIOS.

My specs:
CPU: i5 2500k@4,4GHz
MB: ASRock P67 Pro 3
BIOS: version 2.0 (anything higher is meant for Ivy Bridge and causes various problems for SB processors, like BSODs, impossible to boot, crashes, etc, so I will not update it)
GPU: GTX 970

What am I doing wrong?

change timings

1.65 (or higher) Memory Voltage (is it stock 1.65v?)
1.200 VccSA
11 tCL
12 tRCD
12 tRP
30 tRASmin to 35 (it's always the first 3 clocks added up)
171 tRFC try to 41
7 tRRD to 8

Idk if that will let it clock up higher but should at least let you boot and run without issues.

Yeah, it was 1,60 or higher. Edited.
I also tried your suggested settings but still wouldn't boot (tried both 1866 & 2133). tRRD's highest possible setting is 7, so I couldn't get that to 8

Yes, officially it supports only up to 1333 mhz, but it also works with higher speeds as you can see here http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2016-is-it-finally-time-to-upgrade-your-core-i5-2500k
That article was the reason why I bought faster rams. I only had 1333MHz 2x4GB kit, and I see a big difference even with just 1666MHz in those games. Witcher 3, GTA V, BF4, Just Cause 3, all run better now.
