I plan on buying 8GB of memory RAM ddr3 1600MHZ, which memories should I buy?

My opinion is the HyperX but a friend instists on the first one.

Neither - the value DRAM is 1600/11 would be better off with 1333/9, and the other is better (1600/9) with lower CL of 9 but runs at 1.65, for basic entry level DRAM, 1600/9, look for a set of 1600/9 1.5, or better yet for Intel or AMD FX CPUs look at 1866/8 or 9 which runs about the same price

Below 2133 sticks yes and especially at 1600, Intel recommends a MAX of 1.55 at 1600 - needing 1.65 could be an indication of using cheap/weak memory chipss

I think that is a good setup, a much better set of memory than you had listed before, and that is a pretty decent board as well, I think your computer will fly if you buy those parts.
