Hi guys,
About 6 weeks ago, I built two identical PC's with hardware bought from eBuyer. The full list is below:
All went well with the builds and I've installed Windows 10 on both machines.
Both machines are office machines and are left on most of the time, even when we go home overnight in case we need to remote in for whatever reason. Almost every morning when I come into the office one machine has rebooted and is stuck on a black screen saying something along the lines of "No boot media found". If I hit the reset button, the same error message appears after a few moments but if I power off the machine then power it back on, everything loads normally and the PC is then good to use until the next day.
I have spoken to Kingston and provided diagnostics. They don't seem sure to what the problem is but have offered a replacement SSD. My problem is that they'll only send a replacement once I've sent this one off and they've performed diagnostics, which leaves me one machine down unless I buy another to use in the meantime.
I have updated the BIOS and the firmware for the SSD is up-to-date.
Can anybody suggest what the problem might be to save me doing this?
Thanks in advance
