kingston ssd problem when downloading

Hello, so my ssd is barely 2 months old and i have some problem with him and can't fix it myself.
Every time i'm trying to download anything from steam/uplay/torrents etc, my pc is starting to lag really bad (basically everything lags heavily) it stays like this until i stop/pause the download and if not i get a beautiful blue scree.
tl;dr : every time i download something my pc lags very bad, and sometimes i get a blue screen.
is my ssd broken?
+tried many fixes still they didn't solve my problem.

no oc whatsoever
i5 6600k (stock)
16 gb ram hyperx fury 2133
rx 480 8gb
z170 gigabyte k3 mobo
windows 10
ssd model : Kingston Digital SSDNow UV400 240GB 2.5-Inch SATA III SSD (SUV400S37/240G)

Generally you want an HD as a download gaming drives. Reduce writes as much as possible. I only have the OS and the main install of steam on my SSD. All the games are linked to my HD. You should download kingston's tools to test smart, generic, and self test.

Yeah probably i'm going to get a 2tb hard disk but even so i have installed on my 240gb ssd only csgo,rainbow 6, sony vegas 13 and that's pretty much all that's "big"... anyway thanks for answer
