"runs at a blazing DDR5-5600"

That seems slow, but without knowing how tight the timings are, kinda hard to conclude.
It's marketing. For stock speeds on intel motherboards, 5600 stock speed would be fast, yeah. Blazing even.

My z790 UD motherboard runs DDR5 stock at 4800. AM5 are 5200 unless i'm very much mistaken. So 5600 would be fastest so far.

It looks like these take up a lot more space than DIMMs. Lying flat, like M.2 SSDs, take up more square inches than a DIMM that sits upright.

My current system has 8 sticks of 64 GB RDIMMS. How are 8 of these CAMM2 modules going to fit on a motherboard? Even if they come up to 256 GB each, I'd still need 2 of them. I hope motherboards can fit that.

Well, there are renders showing 40 chips on top, but I assume that might be ECC. (32 for non-ECC) That would be 96GB with 24Gb chips. I think to get 196GB you would need 48Gb chips.
