Hello all, I finally discovered the cause of my A-DATA terror, ran MemTest and found 30k errors on my RAM. Sent it back and now I have this sexy Kingston HyperX.

The above is the datasheet on my RAM.

My question is, what would my Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) be given the 65ns on the datasheet.

I know the value has to be between 9 and 24. It is sitting on 24 right now.

Would 14 be a safe value for this?

The number in the BIOS is in clock cycles. The numbers on the spec sheet are in ns. First, figure out the length of a clock cycle for the speed at which you are running the memory, remembering that the clock frequency is 1/2 the data rate for DDR. Then, figure out how many clock cycles you need to get the time from the spec sheet.
