Kinston Hyperx 8gb 1866 ram on Asus h110m-d d3 board

I need help with my ram. My ram is running at 1600mhz but i have 1866mhz. i know that my board supports ddr3 and ddr3l and supports 1.3v ram and i have a kingston 1.5v. i know that my ram is underclocked because of its voltage how can i run it on 1866mhz? Thanks.

Have you enabled XMP in BIOS?

ASUS says your board supports XMP. If you can't find it then you can also modify the memory settings yourself.
