How should a bard handle Klauth?

How do I get Linu to Harm him?

Without knowing your level and spells known, I'd say: Bow and arrows.
Klauth cannot cross the bridge to get you. Buy a lot of arrows.

You cannot control NPCs to that level of detail... so tell Linu to stand
ground to avoid another unnecessary death.
