Klipsch bookshelf Speakers

Hi,

I am planning on getting Klipsch Synergy B-3 Bookshelf Loudspeakers for my new computer.
What kind of sound card would be the best for them? Would any amplifier or anything else be required since they are basically made for stereos?

You will need some king of amplifier to connect to your soundcard. A basic power amp is all you really need but a receiver (which also has a radio and preamp as well as an amp) would probably be cheaper. If you get an av receiver use the SPDIF digital audio out from your soundcard. What kind of budget do you have?
