I tried to upgrade mem from 2-128mb sdram cards to 2-512mb sdram cards. Both are 100/133 mhz compatible. When i start comp with new cards windows starts for about 2-3 mins then the blue screen of death shows up. What am I doing wrong?

Please provide the Motherboard make and model, and the data on the stickers on the old RAM and the new RAM.

The motherboard is ms-6738 micro atx by msi. The 512mb ram is PNY model mdo512ssd-100/133, 512mb sdr dimm,h. The old 128mb is PNY 128mb pc133 sdram.
