kmode exception not handled

I was going to install windows 10 but when it reaches to 12 % a blue screen comes out ...
kmode exception not handled
I am stuck I have no operating system on my hardisk.I have tried many times but no solution have come...
Can any body tell me what should I do...

One of my ram or its socket was defected....
I have unpluged that ram and now its alright...

update the BIOS and motherboard drivers from the motherboard vendors website before you attempt the windows 10 install. then give it another shot. if that fails then you would have to make a USB version and install from a USB 2.x port (usb 3.0 port might not work)
