Question KMS activation error keeps shutting down my computer even though my windows is legit

My windows 10 cd key is linked through my account, i got a new computer and formatted the old one now i keep getting this error
License Activation (slui.exe) failed with the following error code:

Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant said that it was related to windows, could it be that i tried installing a cracked office activator (though i cancelled it right after it started installing)

That is exactly the issue.

Tom's Hardware does not assist or condone cracked/pirated software.
The only suggestion here is a full wipe and reinstall, of everything.
