Knocked over my coffee on top of my case ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147161 ), which has an open top, so a couple of drops spilled through onto my graphics card R9 280x.

Now when I open games or even streams on twitch that are graphics intensive my graphics will either stutter really bad or in the case of watching streams, just crash over and over.

This was literally 3 drops of coffee, is my graphics card toast?

Thank you

Solution
The case is open with a screen for ventilation, not a design flaw really. Nothing much you can do here aside from maybe test the card in another system and see if it does the same thing there to verify it's the card.
u can try to run it after cleaning and drying (remember if u remove the heat sink don't clean the thermal paste applied on it grey in color) if it still not running than u have to find a new one

or if there is any computer hardware shop nearby u, then ask if they can repair it, sometimes it works

It would've been better if you attempted at cleaning it right after you spilled liquid on it instead of just running your pc as if it could take it.
Anyhow shut off your pc power take your card out and try to clean any residual from the coffee with isopropyl alcohol and q tips or lint free cloth (70-99% will do just make sure it's isopropyl alcohol) can be found at your local drugstore. Then wait for it to dry and install it back in.
Make sure you also take alook at your other components if the coffee has gotten onto anything else then repeat.
For future reference if you ever spill something or wet any electronics make sure you clean with isopropyl alcohol or if it's just water then clean it with distilled water to wash away any ions and dry it before you start it up again otherwise you'll damage it.

My computer was off when I spilled coffee on it, and I cleaned the gfx card immediately after. I'll include a picture in a moment. My case is open on the top, so getting ready in the morning I knocked over a coffee cup that only had bit of coffee in it and it spilled through the top of the case and a bit got on my gfx card. I didn't just boot it up like, "Hell yeah boyz lets run'ner!" 😉

http://imgur.com/zhOSKKy --cant post this for some reason.
The coffee spilled on top of the case, which for some reason is actually covered by a screen by wide open otherwise (obvious design flaw to me after this incident haha). You can see how my gfx card sits in there and a couple drops landed on top.
