Know a 144hz IPS panel monitor? Help please

Hi, I'm a 12 year old kid with a curious question. Why is it so hard to find a 27-inch or 24-inch 144hz IPS panel monitor? I mean, I found a few but there's not much to choose from Why are they making more 144hz TN panels than 144hz IPS panel monitors? Aren't the colors better on an IPS monitor?

yes the colors are better on an ips panel, and its way harder to reach more hz with ips panels than with tn panels.

thats why 144hz ips panels are so expensive

Thank you for answering my question sir.
But living in a time of space explorations and self driving cars, one could have only hoped that they would have figured out by now how to easily reach high refresh rates for IPS panels

P.S. I am not hating on the manufacturers haha

They got troubles getting high refresh rates on TNs.
For years 100/120Hz was what you could get
Nowadays you don't find those but rather 144Hz.
However there are only 2 screens I think who support 165 Hz natively while the others just overclock to 165Hz
And Asus is working on a 200+ Hz panel for quite some time now.

As for IPS, they got so many problems with the quality of IPS screens as it is (backlight bleeding...) that high refresh rate isn't the top priority I imagine...
