Know any Assassination Games?

before you yell "assassin's creed xxxxxxxxxxx" or "hitman" maybe you know some game else that closest match the freedom of hitman yet you can assassinate your target in A LOT of ways (optional) I got this sudden urge to play assassination games due to the anime I'm watching "Golgo 13" so yeah,,, the closest I can match my craving with is the newest hitman but I dunno maybe you know something I don't...

CS GO. You get to choose between around 30 different weapons to assassinate the opposite team. You can do it in many ways. Stabbing in the back, head, body, legs. Shoot in the head to realize they are not dead, rage quit shoot them in the head again still not dead. If you can not assassinate someone then you can ask your friends to help you out too.

meh on the thief... and I thought dues ex was crysis only 5x better in terms of story ang gameplay?

Well First and second Thief had its own charm, last one was meh, deus ex is more of a sthealther then run and shoot, new one humankind divided is around the corner so I'm looking forward myself to it.

I guess you can play sneaky in Skyrim, and fallout 3 / New Vegas and 4. Also if you want you can snipe people around in Battlefield 3 & 4 if that counts.

I guess you can play sneaky in Skyrim, and fallout 3 / New Vegas and 4. Also if you want you can snipe people around in Battlefield 3 & 4 if that counts.

I suck so bad at multiplayer thats why I had to settle for single player games :lol: already tried playing sneaky in skyrim but it gets a meh reaction from me fall out 3,new vegas and 4 also is meh for me since its kinda skyrim but only modernized... far cry series too isn't doing it for me

Apparently 'shadow of mordor' has some interesting stealth mechanics - i haven't played it though.

yeah...

preferably with guns... kinda like sniper elite kind of game mechanics but the freedom of GTA V/hitman to go about your assassination... dishonored doesn't count in case anyone would suggest 😛

Dishonored is a great game for stealth assassinations.

A fun method of playing this game is to also play the entire game WITHOUT killing any one. Now THIS is a great challenge.

But aside from that, it has great game mechanics/magic system that allows different methods of stealth killing.

I'll get on board with the Dishonored recommendation too. It's similar to Hitman in that you have a big open area with a target you have to take out. As Jaged pointed out there are non-lethal options for taking out each target but you also have the choice to just kill them.

It's also similar to Hitman in that there are many different ways to complete a mission. The over the top ways to kill people in Hitman aren't there but you are free to do things your own way.
