Know Any Voice Changer/synthesizer?

Call me kid but I'm curious if anyone know here about any voice changer/synthesizer actively? by that meaning its not pre-recorded but instantaneous change meaning I can use it on skype or various VoiP services.

Aiming to the the Mass Effect 3 reaper voices or Starcraft II's Legacy of the Void Amon voice for fun...

This is nice, easy to use and you can use it on the fly AND across different applications having fun trolling friends on teamspeak with the female voice (lolol can't believe they fell for that one) and the robotic voice... but alas wish there was another one similar to this but with more voice selections...
